His latest series, Jungla de estrellas (Star Jungle), uses fragmented abstraction as a visual language. Each canvas begins with collage, a part of the artists’ practice for years, which is itself a repetitive act with cycles of cutting, placing, and pasting. His work is exhibited in numerous museums around the world, including solo exhibitions at Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam (NL); Fondazione Pini in Milan (IT); MUAC in Mexico City (MX); Bampha ArtWall, Berkeley (USA); Philadelphia Museum of Art (USA) and Frieze London with a 50m wall painting from the series Ghost Demonstration, London (UK).
