Miriam Bäckstrøm, Michael Kvium & Superflex are all included in the group exhibition CIRCUS at Gl. Holtegaard

Miriam Bäckström, Michael Kvium & Superflex are all included in the group exhibition Circus at Gl. Holtegaard, Holte, DK opening 23.08.2019. Bäckström will show the monumental tapestry 'The Opposite of Me is I' (2011), Michael Kvium will show 'Illusion' (2017) and Superflex will show their video work 'Flooded McDonald's' (2009). 

The museum writes: The circus holds a central position within the last 150 years of art history. The meaning and significance of the circus motif has changed over time, but the theme itself seems to never have fallen out of fashion. With the exhibition CIRCUS, Gammel Holtegaard wishes to shed light on selected themes associated with the circus motif back from the 1890s to the present day.

The exhibition runs until 05.09.2020.

Jone Kvie - Cosmological Arrows at Bonniers Konsthall

Jone Kvie will be included in the upcoming international group show 'Cosmological Arrows' at Bonniers Konsthall with five works in total. One of them is the work 'Celestial Body II' (2012) made from jesmonite and graphic. The image shows 'Celestial Body II'.

Lea Porsager will be included in the upcoming international group show 'Cosmological Arrows' at Bonniers Konsthall with her total installation 'E(AR)THERIC SLIME ~ POST-OP' including four individual works. The image shows one of her four works 'QUEEN BED' that is part of her total installation. ⁠⠀
